About Whitney Young Mediclub
During our first year at Whitney, we invited three doctors: a thoracic and cardiac surgeon, an allergist, and an internal medicine doctor to speak to our club members. We also had multiple fundraisers throughout the year and raised more than $1,000. We have given our club members the opportunity to get certified in CPR and have helped provide them with necessary medical skills by showing surgery videos. We hope to continue helping Whitney Young students find their passion in medicine during our second year and beyond.
